Descriptives used to tabulate results for items rated on a scale of 1-3 are as follows: scores within the range of 1.50 to 2.49 are interpreted as "good," scores within the range of 2.50 to 3.0 are interpreted as "excellent." Families rated funeral home and staff service factors as excellent overall.
