Myriee Virginia Arrington

On Thursday September 23rd 2021 at the age of 66, heaven gained another angel Myriee Virginia Arrington, who peacefully passed away at home in Norfolk, Virginia. Her battle with cancer only showed her courage in facing life challenges with a smile.

Despite her pain Myriee came out to be a shero and stayed strong until the very end. She enjoyed life, family and many friends and was always there to brighten the lives of others especially the ones who were in need. Never not once would she pass judgment on anyone, her heart was an open book.

She was born to the late Albert and Mary Arrington on October 29th 1954. Myriee had a passion for the arts and a firm believer that you can find anything between the pages of a book. Reading, painting and writing was her favorite pass time hobby along with taking care of others. In the early 2000's she published her own poem titled "Ghetto Child".

Myriee was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Mary Arrington and brother William Arrington but is survived by her only 2 children Crystal Renea Arrington and Clemente Arrington, 4 Sisters Terry Denise Arrington, Frances Mae Banks, Ella Mae Overman, Gloria Annette Arrington-Boone and 1 Brother Willie Levon Arrington. Myriee 11 grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life along with her 12 great grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
