Margaret (Peggy) Baet went to be with her Lord on 5 February 2021. Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Reuel Baet, of 9 years, son Gary Moss, daughter Misty Alvarez, her grandchildren Jabari Jones, Amaya Alvarez, Isabella Alvarez, Juan Alvarez III, and her sisters Helen (Winnie) Hankins and Mary Anne Smith.
Peggy was born in Washington D.C. on 4 October 1949. She moved around over the years, was an avid surfer beauty in her youth, and attended Woodstock in 1969. Peggy finally settled in Virginia with her children where she faithfully served the United States Government until she retired. She then dedicated her time relaxing with her husband and spoiling her grand babies in every way possible.
Peggy was a free spirited hippie at heart; she was a generous and loving woman who cared about everyone she met and loved her children and grandchildren with a passion. She saw good in everyone and everything and was content and happy with the simplest of things.
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
