Konisha L. Thompson was born in Wilmington, Delaware on April 10, 1975, to Yvette Evans and Thedford L Thompson.

Konisha leaves behind to cherish her life, her daughter MarNisha Brown and son Markele Brown; brothers, Travelyon Briscoe, Jr, Dickie Jenkins, Marvin Miller and Dalton Miller; her best friends, Nicole Hancock and Jennifer Jenkins; godson, Jonathan Hancock and host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and family and friends.

Konisha was an extraordinary woman, who was well love by everyone she came in contact with to include coworkers, clients and members of the community. Konisha love to live life, by going to the movies, entertaining family and friends, starting new adventures and traveling. She was a beautiful person inside and out and always willing to give of herself to help anyone and always willing to give a listening ear with healthy and constructive advice to follow.

Konisha graduated from William Penn High School, Delaware Technical College with her Associates in Human Services and Wilmington College with her BS in Behavior Science, all graduating with honors Summa Cum Laude. She was a childhood member of People Baptist Church in New Castle, DE and as an adult Konsiha joined The Resurrection Center in Wilmington, DE where she was a faithful and devoted member.

Konisha was preceded in death by her mother Yvette Evans and father Thedford L Thompson, Grandmother Elisa Finney.
