Edith Aida Benson

Edith Aida Benson age 75 of Virginia Beach,Va is now resting in eternal peace. She passed away on Friday October 29, 2021 surrounded by her children. Edith was born in New York on October 13, 1946 to Aida and Gordon Ingram Sr. She was married in 1966 to her late husband, of 48 years, Robert F. Benson.

They resided in Virginia Beach, Va where they raised four children in the Catholic faith and became the grandparents of six grandchildren. She enjoyed drawing and painting, and was a lover of all animals.

She had a very strong Catholic faith and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her four children Robert, Anthony and Joseph Benson her daughter Angela Alvarez and her six grandchildren Christopher, Gabriel, Nicholas, Sophia, Lilly and Violet.

Memories last a lifetime only if you share them.
