Bernice E. Beale 67, a native of Henderson, NC was born to Lucy Harris (Floyd) and William Harris on June 25, 1954. Bernice graduated from Vance Senior High School in Henderson, NC in 1972. Bernice retired from Food Lion and was a valued employee with International Marketing Association (IMA).

Bernice leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband of 29 years Percell Beale, her four children: one son Thomas Terry III (Lakisha) of Maryland, three daughters: Tonya Renee Sturdivant (Marwin) of Pennsylvania; Ardella Lynette Baylor of Pennsylvania, and Camila Carter (Anthony) of Virginia. Two sisters: Annette Hawkins (Thurston) of Panama City, FL, Shirley Young (Lavel) of Henderson, NC, two brothers: William Harris of Olympia, WA, and Sheldon Harris of Henderson, NC.

Bernice leaves to continue her legacy her grandchildren: Alexis Dukes, Mya Worsley, Kennedy Natalia Terry, Jerzell LaNae Radhay, Anaya Worsley, Taylor Nicole Terry, Jayniah Radhay, Makenzie Carter, Anthony Carter II, Desmond Lee Barnes, Javan Siew Radhay, Marcus Lee Sturdivant, one great granddaughter: Callie Alexandra Tucker.  She will also be remembered by a host of relatives and caring friends.

Bernice was preceded in death by her father, William Harris of Henderson, NC.
